Having trouble with responsive breakpoints

When I drag my browser over my header (which the background is supposed to be green) goes from green, to white, and back to green once it hits mobile.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the damn header background to be green on the tablet.
The home page works fine (It has a header element and the other pages don't), but all the other pages have the issue.
Any ideas?
I removed all my custom CSS and the problem goes away I believe.
Maybe there's something in there I need to remove.

Have you tried removing each block of your custom CSS and identify the issue that way?
