Having trouble with a "bad request error" when I try and set up my homepage?

Hello, I downloaded GP premium and when I try to set up my home page or go to any other setups I get a "bad request error" not sure where to go next. Thanks.

try the following:
1. Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes - this will regenerate the permalinks.
2. Clear your browser caches.
If the issue persists can you try logging in on a Private/Incognito browser.
I did try both of these, still getting message.
Strange.
Does this error happen with a Twenty series WP theme?
I have generate press that I just setup, wordpress is up to date. I have tried a few things but I'm having no luck. I even deleted and reloaded.
When I go to the "start customizing"options it says bad request, I feel like I can't use this at all properly?
If you go to Appearance > Themes, and temporarily switch to the TwentyTwentyOne theme, do you still get the same error?
