Having the mobile Hamburger menu show on desktop.

Hi there ,
I have followed all the other threads on this topic and tried to resolve my issue, but have now got a situation where I have my Hamburger menu log showing on desktop (wrong place) but also shows my full menu in horizontal as well?
I am looking to have the hamburger menu icon show only which when clicked on opens a pop-up menu.
Can you please assist?

Hi there,
you need to:
1. Enable the Off Canvas panel for Desktop and Mobile and assign a menu to it.
2. Create a new empty menu and assign this to the Primary Navigation.
