[Support request] Have sticky table of contents with a different call to action for each post?

Hi, I am looking to use generatpress and generateblocks combo on one of my upcoming projects.

I am looking to create solution similar to the link I have provided where it’s in an expanded sticky widget in desktop and in mobile it goes to shrunk style with sticky.

I know it might not be possible with the GP combo but I open to any ideas from experts too.

You’ll need a ToC plugin that does this for you.

If you can show us to the reference site you want replicate, perhaps we can identify which plugin it’s using.
