Hamburger menu for all devices

I want to use 2 Hamburger menus on all different devices - desktopb, mobile and tablet.

Hi there,
not something that you could do with just GP without some custom coding or a plugin.
The latest version of GeneratePress Theme 2.3 has a mobile menu breakpoint option in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation so you can force the nav to mobile on desktop screens.
Unfortunately you can't then use the off canvas panel for the second navigation as this would be triggered by the primary desktop toggle.
The second menu you could use a plugin like ShiftNav
