h1.page-title needs adjusting

Hello,
As I look at my site I see a large gap between the h1.page-title and the tile of the post/article.
What's the best way to shorten the space between the two.

I cannot share my site at this time. I just need to adjust it with CSS.
There isn't a margin bottom set for title so I'm not exactly sure where the space is coming from unfortunately.
