Gutenberg Editor Style - Full Width

I have a display error when using GP 2.2.1 + GPP 1.7.5 with Gutenberg 4.5.1 when setting a block to fullwidth.
When fullwidth is selected, the block hangs on the left editor border and I have a white border on the right. When I open this page in preview mode the display is correct.

Is the error known?
Ah yes, that looks like a bug.

This doesn't seem to be an issue with WP 5.0-RC.1.
I'll keep an eye on it to see if they re-introduce it into the actual 5.0 release.
