Gutenberg Builder within Hook or Header Elements

Hey guys,
I have an idea/question. Have you considered and would it even be possible to allow use of the Gutenberg builder on a hook or header element in GP Premium...let's say for a site wide footer CTA?
It would be pretty amazing to be able to use Gutenberg within a hook or header from a design perspective...Thoughts?

This topic came up internally before but unfortunately not quite possible for now.
I agree this would be pretty cool.
Hopefully as Gutenberg improves this will be possible in the future :)
