Gutenberg and page headers

I have a site which updated to WP 5.03 which uses a page header in GP Premium. Since the change I cannot find the control to change which header to use on a page. The "Screen Options" drop down has gone in this WP version and the replacement doesn't seem to offer any way to show that control. Does anyone know how to find this control?

Answering my own question here, but this may be of use to anyone else looking for it.

Using the "three dots" menu, top right, choose options. If Page Layout is not selected, check it. The Page Header options are in that control, which for me is below the content editor.

My Page Layout option must have been turned off at some point.

In the new Version the Page header seems not to be in the Layout-Section...
