Guideline for changing content from the site library

Dear Sir/Madam,
Download the content from site library can help me to have a quick start to a new site, it is nice but when I edit the page, I can't find the way to change the content.
For example, I download the Target, I want to change the image from the Home page (screenshot https://prnt.sc/ns4zoc), but I cannot able to find the image and text "DON'T LET THE GEARS SLOW YOU DOWN" from page editor, is there any guideline for changing the content from the site library?
