It's possible to make a customize guessbook without plugin?
Only php on hooks or other way?

Hi there,
it really depends on how customized it needs to be. A real simple method is to create a new Page, check Discussions under the Screen Options and then check Allow Comments.
If you're looking for anything fancy then a plugin may be the best option. Let me know.
