When testing at GTmetrix I get the following error.
That looks like something is wrong with your URL - it's duplicating it.
Can you test with all your other plugins deactivated to rule out a plugin conflict?
Yes it seems to be wp-rocket
Might be worth checking with them to see if it's a setting you can adjust :)
