Grid Vertical Gap not Working on Mobile in the Construction Site Template

I'm using the construction site template, and I noticed when I added three new grid items to the "what we offer" section of the template, it's not carrying over the vertical gap for some reason. When you go here: https://sccustombuilds.com/ and go to the "What We Offer" section (Gallery link in main nav.), the vertical gap doesn't seem to work on mobile even though it's set in the Grid Block's setting.

Any idea why this isn't working for me?
