Grey Menu Bar in Forefront Not Functioning on Mobile

I am using the Forefront theme and for some time now, the grey menu bar is not functioning on a mobile device. It used to work, but stopped.

I've tried deleting and deactivating many plugins and have also addressed what I believe, are all of the console errors. The web site is peaktopeakmortgage.com.

What version of GP premium are you using?

You can check in Dashboard > Plugins.

ahh I believe you are still using the individual add-ons from a long time ago.
