[Support request] Grey bar appearing on loading

Hi All

Hope someone can help with this. We have built a site, using Elementor, and have a an issue with a thin grey bar running horizontally across the page in the top image section of the site. We have been onto Elementor and they have pointed us here as they think it may be theme related. We are not from a technical background and I can’t find any other issue like this when I search for issues through Google.
