Graphics dimension in Crypto Template

Hello,
I have a Crypto template. What graphic size should I use so that when I click on a blog post, the entire graphic appears and is not cropped? The thumbnails display fine. Because it looks stupid how it cuts.

It's a background image so it completely depends on the screen size.
Try using an image that's wide and short.
Let me know if this helps :)
And you recommend some specific dimensions, because in Photoshop I cut it and adjust it and I have to have specific dimensions?
Try something like 2000 by 400.
