GP Theme Down

Dear Support,

I noticed that 2 of the websites using GP Theme with Elementor is down without even access to WP Admin.

Is it sm from your end because all rest websites at the same server are up and running.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Hi there,

I doubt this is a theme issue - there has been no reports on this so far.

Can you ask your hosting support to see if they can help to identify the issue?

I did ask already and waiting for their feedback.

It's really strange, trying to figure out where's the issue coming from?

It's unlikely a GP issue - our support forum would be flooded by now if that's the case :)

I'm guessing a plugin conflict of some sort.
