GP Template Sites V Elementor Sites

Hi there,
I am trying to decide if I want to use the GP templates or Elementor for my new blog. I want to keep plugins minimal.
My question is - Does Generate Press have an option similar to Elementor where I can create an archive and blog page? I am just trying to picture how this will work without Elementor. If you have an example site, can you please share.
... my site is also not live yet, just working from staging.

All WordPress sites automatically creates an archive page for any of its taxonomies.
Did you mean the archive page templates? If so, GP Premium version 2.0 lets you edit the archive pages to some capacity using Block Element - Content Template.
