Hello,
It seems as the generate press premium plugin conflicts with the wordsmith theme.
Hi there,
Not quite sure if I fully understand.
Can you explain a bit more? What's conflicting?
Can you disable the maintenance mode so I can see the issue?
Let me know :)
Hmm maintenance mode should be disabled. The problem is nothing shows up in the customizer ie previewing any thing. no matter what menu item you click nothing shows up. Also the WP menu bar isn't showing up.
Can you first disable all plugins except GP premium?
Are you using a child theme currently? Have you modified the parent theme in any ways?
Okay, it's done, no I haven't done anything to the parent theme. Yes I am using the Word smith theme.
That is very strange. Was it a fresh installation?
Did you import the demo content as well as the settings?
Were there any issues during importing?
Have you added anything in Elements?
This <div> doesn't exist by default or in Wordsmith:

No problems, not sure how to even use Elements LOL. I just followed the instructions. yes a fresh install though I didn't add the child theme until today'.
What happens if you activate the parent theme?
You don't need a child theme to use a site from the library.
Oh my no I don't have a child theme. I thought the sites in the site library were child themes. So I have been using the parent theme all along with the wordsmith sit.
Can you send me the dashboard access for further investigation?
Please disable all plugins except GP premium.

Thank you, for taking the time to help. I am off to rid my self of that element . My only question is where did that element come from?
Did you import another template before importing Wordsmith?
Ah yes. So it was residual! I get it.
Awesome :)
