Hi,

after the recent update I've received the following message:

''The theme directory "generatepress" does not exist.''

I wonder what's the best way to fix that?

Any idea what caused that issue in the first place?

Hi there,

It's possible that something interrupted the theme update and it didn't complete.

You can either:

a) Go into your server via FTP and delete the generatepress folder in wp-content/themes, then re-install the theme.

b) Activate a plugin like this, and then download the theme and upload the zip file in "Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload".

Hi there,

There must be something (or someone..) that 'caused' deletion of the original theme folder. Nothing wrong on your side.

I've once re-installed the free theme, uploaded fresh copy of GP Premium, and now it works.
