GP Premium Update Failure on Localhost

Tom,
Just noticed the following problem while updating GP Premium from the update link on my plugins page. I am working on localhost. This may not be an issue with live installs, but just thought I should point it out. I've been able to successfully update other plugins on localhost without problems. Of course, I'll update manually using the .zip for now.

Very weird - looks like a permission issue.
I'll take a look at the files and make sure everything is good.
