It is seems that GP Premium addon is conflicting with WordPress 4.5.
When I enable the GP Premium addon , I get the following javascript error in frontend.
jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a[href*=#]:not([href=#])

Interesting – I’ve been using/developing with 4.5 for a couple months now. Most of these sites are using 4.5 as well with no issue.
Which add-ons are activated in GP Premium?
Do you have any caching plugins activated?

It seems is not problem with GP Premium.
The problem was caused by Hooks Addon, were I have put some JS code that now conflicts with WP 4.5.
