    Hi, I received notice that the GP Premium plugin has an update. I tried to update, but it said it failed because, “GP Premium: Update package not available.”

    I enterered my license key and everything. Am I missing something?

    Hi! Thanks for the prompt response. The plugin is version 1.7.2 and prompts me to update to 1.7.7.

    Can you check the license key is still in the field and save again.
    If still an issue – go the your Account > Downloads > Purchase History > View Licenses > Manage Sites and check the site URL is listed there.

    hi! License fee was still in the field. Just went back in and re-updated, and everything worked perfectly! So who knows . . . at least it is working now. Thanks for your help!
