GP-Premium Plugin is causing issues with block appearance

My website https://bestmlbuilds.com/ is running fine but the plugin Generate Blocks is causing some sort of malfunctioning with my homepage. I am sure, the problem is with the Generate Blocks Plugin, as I have already tried deactivating all other plugins but the problem persists until Generate Blocks Plugin is deactivated. I believe, the issue is with the block created on my homepage.
Moreover, this problem occurs only when a new user comes to my site (for the first time) it does not occur all the time. I'm looking forward to some technical assistance regarding this issue.

that looks like a cache/resource loading issue. And thats affecting elements that GenerateBlocks doesn't interfere with. I ran a dozen back to back tests with no caching on Chrome, Safari and FF and the results all looked like this:

And there are no errors in the console.
