Hello! We have an urgent issue where the GP Premium plugin is conflicting with Formstack’s Javascript and need a workaround or update ASAP. Specifically, the plugin causes the Formstack “required” errors to show on a new page rather than inline – you can reproduce this problem by submitting the empty form on the attached page. We are launching a campaign with these pages soon and need a solution! Thanks!

Also – we’ve confirmed that disabling the plugin does fix the issue, and the theme and plugin are both on the latest versions

    Hi there,

I’m not sure how GP could cause this.

Do you still get this issue if disable all plugins (including Elementor) except GP Premium?

Might be good to duplicate this environment on a test server so we can try to debug and narrow down the issue.

Confirmed, here is a test page with only the embed, and only the GP premium plugin activated with all others deactivated: http://aspirehomes.staging.wpengine.com/test/

If you email me at kevin <at> batteriesincluded.com, I’ll shoot you a login into the test environment!

And the issue goes away when you disable GP Premium?

If so can you deactivate each module to see which one is causing the conflicts?

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

Can you try deactivating the individual GP Premium modules? Does the issue go away? If so, re-activate them one by one until it comes back and let us know which one is causing it.

If it’s Elements, it could be something you’ve added as a hook.

Nope, all elements are deactivated. Just a blank install essentially

Just to make sure…all modules here are deactivated?

    Correct – here’s a screencap: https://www.screencast.com/t/zmqhnU4e

I can give you a login to the temporary staging environment so you can poke around if you email me at: kevin <at> batteriesincluded.com

Can you send it in using Account Issues here?

Okay – so we’ve figured it out! It’s actually the “Smooth Scroll” option under General options – it somehow is messing with the window scroll function on Formstack I’m guessing? Anyways, if you turn that off, it fixes it! Thanks for your help!
