GP Premium options missing PageHeader

Good morning, very strange but within the GP Premium options I'm missing Page Header module.
It's on an excisting site where I am building a new GP theme.
Why that specific option is not available to turn on or off is a clue for me.
What could be the problem? Thanks!
Sorry... did not read the release notes about GP Premium 1.7
My fault, it's within the Elements module.
