GP Premium Install On Another Site Not Loading

Hey there Support Team:
I've got GP Premium on 2 of my 3 sites and am now trying to load it on site #3 but it's not working. I've done a fresh download of GP Premium but it's not working when I upload the plugin to my new site. What different can I do to get it to work?

What do you mean by it's not working? Can you explain a bit more?
Is there any error showing?
Is the theme on #3 site GeneratePress?
Looking at the first site I installed GP Premium on... greenoasisoutdoor.com: I have all the features. Comparing it to finalexpenseresource.com the theme is Generate Press. I don’t have the premium features on this site after I download, install, and activate the premium plugin. Elements are missing. When editing pages the page and block settings column on the right hand side is missing as well.
Figured out the settings. Need the elements.
