GP Premium error with Spanish language
9 replies · Started by Barto on September 17, 2019
Hi there! The GP premium works awesome if my site is in English. But after I go to settings and change the language to Spanish (Or any other language) crashes. The customizer do not open and give a message:
"The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
As soon as I change the language to English (USA), everything goes as normal. Can you help me?
Hi there,
That's very strange.
What happens if you disable all plugins including GP Premium and only keeping the free GeneratePress theme activated?
Let me know :)
just the theme with out any plugin works with the site in Spanish. Even with the rest of the plugins activated. However when I activate the GP premium, it stops working.
Ok let's identify which module is causing the issue.
Activate GP Premium again and deactivate all the modules:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules
Re-activate them back one by one until the problem shows. Can you tell me which one is triggering the issue?
Let me know :)
Done. I checked all of them and the problem occurs when I activate:
Colors
Secondary Nav
Site Library
Spacing
Typography
Any chance you can send me admin access to the dashboard with all plugins disabled except GP Premium?
You can send the dashboard access using Account Issue here:

Thanks :)
Done! Thanks in advance
Did some testing and the customizer seems to work with only Site Library module deactivated.
Can you please confirm?
Can you also check to see what you PHP limit is set at?

Let me know :)
Hi!
- Yes, it works without Site Library.
- I added the configuration in the Wp-config and increased the PHP in the server.
I checked after the PHP limit if the problem persist with the Site Library but it did not. I activated the other Plugins and it works so I think the problem is solved!
Thanks for the help ;)
No problem :)
