Hi there! The GP premium works awesome if my site is in English. But after I go to settings and change the language to Spanish (Or any other language) crashes. The customizer do not open and give a message:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
As soon as I change the language to English (USA), everything goes as normal. Can you help me?September 17, 2019 at 4:43 pm #1012079LeoStaffCustomer SupportSeptember 17, 2019 at 4:47 pm #1012080Barto
just the theme with out any plugin works with the site in Spanish. Even with the rest of the plugins activated. However when I activate the GP premium, it stops working.September 17, 2019 at 4:49 pm #1012083LeoStaffCustomer Support
Ok let’s identify which module is causing the issue.
Activate GP Premium again and deactivate all the modules:
Re-activate them back one by one until the problem shows. Can you tell me which one is triggering the issue?

Did some testing and the customizer seems to work with only Site Library module deactivated.
Can you please confirm?
Can you also check to see what you PHP limit is set at?

– Yes, it works without Site Library.
– I added the configuration in the Wp-config and increased the PHP in the server.
I checked after the PHP limit if the problem persist with the Site Library but it did not. I activated the other Plugins and it works so I think the problem is solved!
Thanks for the help 😉September 18, 2019 at 10:46 am #1012862
