GP Premium don't works

I have already installed GeneratePress before in other blogs and I had no problems. I have uploaded the theme and activated GP Premium. Everything is correct, but when you go to the "Customize" section I don't see the premium options to change the background of the header or many other options.
Hi there,
in Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress can you make sure the Modules you require are activated.
