GP Premium causing strange anchor link behavior

I have a very weird problem. When you click on one of the three books at the beginning of this page, https://kaleidosoul.com/books-new.html, it seems to scroll from the anchor, not to the anchor. It's happening sitewide. The first click does that but if you click it again, it often works.
Anchor links work with only GP Premium disabled here: https://kaleidosoul.e.wpstage.net/books-new.html
I've tried toggling Smooth Scroll on and off, with no luck.

Can you provide a screen recording of what you're encountering?
I tried clicking the images of the books and it seems to be leading me to the respecting anchors of each book as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuDz8OL

The one you recorded is https://kaleidosoul.e.wpstage.net/books-new.html which is identical to https://kaleidosoul.com/books-new.html in all ways except GP Premium has been disabled on https://kaleidosoul.e.wpstage.net/books-new.html which is why you can't see any background images in the sidebar.
The problem is on https://kaleidosoul.com/books-new.html where GP Premium is enabled.
It may be a conflict with a plugin. Perhaps one of them has a script that does something to hashchange.
Can you try disabling ALL plugins Except GP Premium and try if the issue still occurs? Let us know.
I had already done that. With no plugins except GP Premium activated, the problems occurs. Activating GP Premium only causes the issue, regardless of other plugins.

Update - I discovered what it was.
It's one of the Elements I added. It was a Brizy Cloud popup. So if anyone else has this strange issue, deactivate the Brizy Element.
