GP Premium Bug

Hi I have Generate Press Premium which I got in 2016 but started getting problems with the menus when it was updated so I went back to the free version and uninstalled it. I then decided to try it again as I wanted to change come of the colours and a few other things. I managed to changed the colours as required but the Product images stopped showing up. As this was a different bug to previous I have been hunting around trying to find a fix. Only way I managed to fix it was to deactivate GP Premium again. Thankfully the colour changes stuck but I cannot make any further changes because the product images will disappear again. Please advise.

I have 1.2.86 installed.
