    Hi

I have a plugin conflict issue with GP Premium and Beaver Builder. I contacted BB this week and they narrowed it down to Modules in GP.

The issue is with dragging and dropping row/modules on two certain themer layouts. They are both categories in Woocommerce.
    • Workshops
    • Clinics

The problem goes away when we deactivate the “WooCommerce” module in GP. After activating again problem comes back.

Let me know if you need me to send you anything to replicate the problem.

    Thanks
    Scott

    Hey Scott,

So what’s the issue exactly? Dragging and dropping doesn’t work?

    Hi Tom

It’s dragging or moving rows in Beaver Builder. With the Woo module turned on they become locked. It’s seems to be only on two category archive pages both Woocommerce categories.

    Thanks
    Scott

When this is happening, right click + inspect the page. Are there any errors in the “Console” tab?

Any chance you can send me temporary admin login details along with the link to the problem page?: https://generatepress.com/contact

    Thanks!

    Hey Scott,

Any updates back from Beaver Builder?

    Hi Tom,

    Hope you are well.

I believe Beaver Builder have fixed this conflict now, you probably already know this.

I ran their updates and tested on my dev site and it’s all working fine now.

    Cheers
    Scott
