GP Premium 1.7.4 fails to update in Bitnami Localhost installation

GP Premium fails in update from 1.7.2 to 1.7.4.
Error message in Finnish:Kohdetta GP Premium päivittäessä tapahtui virhe: Hakemistoa ei voi luoda. gp-premium/backgrounds
Well that is roughly translated "could not generate folder gp-premium/backgrounds"
This in Bitnami localhost.
I deleted the 1.7.2 and uploaded a 1.7.3 and same problem with it.
p.s.
I had no problem updating in my real website in a real hosting environment.
