Hi Tom,

I don’t know if this is a GP Hooks issue or not but I’m running out of ideas of where to find support. I’ve been building websites using .mp4’s with videojs as per your previous suggestion. I’ve just found out that none of the footage is showing up on iPads.

The current site I’m working on is at http://maryswebsites.ca/ On my computer it works OK (needs some tweaking). It shows a sprout growing out of some dirt and then grass growing under that.

On the iPad it is just blank white space for both. I have tried numerous converters including Handbrake, Mac Free MP4 Converter, Movavi Video Converter, etc. I have set them for iPad Air (my grandson’s that I’m borrowing), but none show up.

    The code I’m using for Before Header Content is <align=left>[videojs mp4=”http://maryswebsites.ca/wp-content/uploads/logo.mp4″ preload=”auto” autoplay=”true” loop=”false” controls=”false” height=”225″ width=”400″]</left>

    What am I missing? Thanks!

    Happy New Year. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Hi Mary, Happy New Year!

Have you tried contacting the plugin developer, or taking a look through the support threads to see if anyone else is experiencing this same issue on their iPad?

I can’t think of anything GP related that would cause this – it sounds more like an issue with the plugin itself.

Let me know if you can’t find any support from the developer, and I’ll do some more thinking ๐Ÿ™‚
