GP Hook Element vs Code Snippets plugin

What are the pro's and con's, if any, of using the Code Snippets plugin versus the GPP Hooks Element?
Hi there,
Nothing really, apart from Hooks are to be used for adding content / scripts / meta etc. For things like Filters you would need to use Code Snippets or child Function file.
