GP + Elementor: Site not loading CSS when logged into WP

I'm using GP and Elementor. When I put my staging site live the site looks fine when I'm logged into WP but looks broken when not logged in. I've tried clearing all caches, removing the caching plugin altogether, removing the CDN, disabling plugins etc, but the site still makes 404 errors (https://i.imgur.com/feaeKlg.png) when trying to load CSS when the user is not logged into WP. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? The staging site is here https://staging-pennbetscom.kinsta.cloud/. Thanks

I'm confused. The title says "Site not loading CSS when logged into WP" but then "When I put my staging site live the site looks fine when I’m logged into WP but looks broken when not logged in."
Anyways, I just checked the site and everything seems to be loading fine and not seeing the 404 issues either.
I do see a couple error related to API though.
This is usually some sort of caching or opitmizing issue though. I'd recommend checking with your hosting support to see if they can help identifying the issue.
Sorry, I meant to say, when I push my staging site live, the CSS is broken for users not logged into WP. The 404 issues only start happening when I push the site live. I will ask my hosting, thanks.
