Google and Yelp Social Icons in Top Bar element

Hello, I would like to link to my yelp and google pages in my top bar above the header. I am looking to add a Google and Yelp social icon. I see those icons are not available in generate blocks library. What is the best way to do this? I am following your youtube tutorial.
