    Hi,

please, allow me to handle this request here, since I use both GPP & GBP and would like to keep all my support tickets here.

On one of my current dev-sites I have installed RC2 of both GB & GBP. Previously, I have added global styles for buttons, which are stil working for the buttons I have added before installing the RC-versions.

Now, when I add a button-block and apply the global style “blue”, a warning occurs: “This Global Style is a Button block inside the “Buttons” block and may not work with this standalone Button.”

How to deal with this? I have already added a “Button Container”, but it’s still not working.

Is it possible to use the legacy-version?

Or better update the global styles > buttons? There’s no “switch” feature though. Should I recreate the button-styles in global styles?

Thank you in advance and kind regards,
    Sascha

    Hi Sascha,

For GB Pro topics, kindly still open a topic here: https://generateblocks.com/support/

This ensures that we can check if you do have GB Pro.

    Hope you understand.

Thanks, but your reply is frustrating me a bit 🙃

I am a long-time user of GPP & GBP, using the same mail-address for both plugins. I often have difficulties to differentiate if an issue is caused by GP or GB. That’s why I would really appreciate, if you allow me to keep all my tickets for GB & GP in this forum.

Also, whenever I have posted an issue in the GB-community, in most cases did not get any reply at all.

Also, GB-Support has no ticket/forum-format like GP-Support, so it’s tiring and cumbersome to keep track of the discussion about an issue. Mail-support is really inefficient to keep track of discussions.

    Please 🙏 …

    Customer Support

We’re sorry you feel this way. We also understand your frustration and difficulty. This is why our team is currently planning on improving the GB Pro support system in a way similar to GPP forum.

If the question is related to GB Pro, we would like our customers to raise a ticket here: https://generateblocks.com/support/

In this way, we have a system to check if the customer indeed has a GB Pro account as we can’t provide support to non-GB Pro licensed account users.

    We hope you understand. 🙂
