Global Header locations PODs CPT

Hi Tom,

if i try applying a header in the global locations to my PODs CPT it does not display.
If however i apply it within the actual page editor it does. No elements disabled.

Site where i have added the header in the global locations.

Ah - can you email me the details? I get a lot of random emails giving me access to sites and usually don't know what topic they're for.
