Getting started creating a custom template for posts

Hello
I have a GP Pro license.

I’m hoping to build a custom “template” for all single posts (and eventually archives).

From the few videos I’ve seen, it looks possible to design where title, meta, featured image, etc. appear and style them accordingly.

1. Is it possible to create one single “template” for this with Gutenberg? In the old days, we had to do it with custom page templates.

2. If so, can you point me in the right direction for docs? I’m happy to roll up my sleeves and learn, just not sure where to begin.

3. Dynamic data? I’m also hoping I can pull in some ACF fields into this template…possible?
