Getting comments to my WP Dashboard when doing interlinking between posts

Hi,
After finishing an article writing, when I interlink my one with another post, it appears as a comment under my comment section. for example- If I have 5 posts and if I link all 5 to each other I will get 5 comments under my comments tab.
FYI- I am using WordPress version 5.8.1 with generate press.

i am not sure what you mean by 'interlinking' - is this a plugin you're using or some other function ?
The Theme itself has no control over this kind of thing, and it wouldn't generate links or comments.

It's not a plugin. Interlinking refers to - Internal link between posts. It means putting my one article link in another article.
Hmmm.... its not something that would be related to the theme. But if you want to share a link to a post where these comments are visible then i cant take a look to see if there are any obvious issues
I have made few changes in the WordPress setting. I will let you know how it goes when I Publish a new Post.
