Hi,
I am trying to look at and maybe install a complete site that I can then work from (mainly to see how the header was designed).
The issue is when I try and do this I can see the named sites but no image previews. If I try and click on any before I get to the Preview or Details button the one below appears with it’s text. Essentially because no images are visible nothing is clickable, even if I want to filter by Elementor for example. I am using latest versions of GeneratePress and Premium and have PHP 7.2 installed.

Can you give #1 a shot here to eliminate plugin conflict first?

April 9, 2018 at 10:36 pm #545969GaryHi Leo,
It’s a brand new WordPress installation and there are no non go plugins. I even deleted hello Dolly and jetpack.
On another live site with plugins I see the same problem. My hosting company is siteground.

April 10, 2018 at 9:03 am #546456GaryHi Tom,
Yes it has the following:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
load-scripts.php:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

April 10, 2018 at 9:04 pm #546920TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt’s possible that the server locked you out so you can’t access those files. However, that should only be temporary. If you clear your browser cache, can you still not see them?
If not, you can send me your server IP address (https://generatepress.com/contact), and I’ll unblock it.
Let me know ๐
August 27, 2019 at 3:05 pm #994988CarolineI cannot preview the standard (no builder) themes either directly at https://generatepress.com/site-library/ or while in my WordPress site under Appearance->GeneratePress->Site Library. I have a brand new site with no content. The only plugins activated are “GP Premium”, “SG Optimizer” and “WordPress Starter”. This site is hosted on SiteGround. Because I can’t view them on https://generatepress.com/site-library/, I doubt it’s a configuration issue on my WordPress site. But any suggestions would be appreciated.

What browser are you using?
August 27, 2019 at 6:23 pm #995078CarolineUpdate: I discovered I’m able to see the previews while on my home wi-fi account, but not on my network at the office. It must be that our IT department is blocking something. I’ll contact them, but do you have any idea what is associated with the preview feature that if blocked, would prevent me from seeing it? I tried Chrome, Firefox and IE at work.
August 28, 2019 at 10:16 am #995657TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThat’s strange, the screenshots are served from this domain (generatepress.com), so I don’t see why they wouldn’t work. It could be something specific to your IT department, unfortunately.
August 28, 2019 at 10:27 am #995678CarolineYes, thank you, I’ll get with them. However, once I installed the theme I chose while on my home wi-fi, I’m now able to edit and view everything in the site while on the company network. Thank you.
