    Hi, David! I can’t save my license key and according to my hosting provider, GeneratePress seems to be blocking my IP. I have provided the info in the private information field.

    Hi there,

    I just checked with our hosting (Kinsta) and they confirmed that the IP you provided is not blocked by any of our firewalls.

    The block is likely the firewall on your server. If they aren’t seeing it, can they provide a traceroute so we can look into further?

    Hi Tom! Thank you. I already sent them a message and still waiting for their response. By the way, I forgot to include this webserver which they asked me to relay to you for checking. They think it could be one of the culprits why I keep on getting the message error. They told me GeneratePress may be blocking it. Please check, it is in the private information field. Thank you, Tom.
