Hello,
I am using GeneratePress and GP Premium on several websites. I am thinking of using it on a new website. The organization will be selling online courses and will be using Moodle. Are you aware of any issues between GeneratePress and Moodle?

Nope there shouldn't be any issues.
If a plugin is well coded and built to work with WordPress themes, it will work with GP :)
