GenerateBlocks: page templates

Hello,

I have a question.
Using Elementor, it is possible to create page templates via the theme builder. For example, it is possible to create a page template for 404 page, single product pages (by specifying a category)... Here is a screenshot:

Without using Elementor, is it possible to have this freedom of customization without being a developer? For the layout, GenerateBlocks seems to fit.
