How do I edit the text in the red circle also change the background if possible. I cant seem to edit from the homepage either?

Can you link us to the page in question? So we can check how it's added.

Or you can try checking:

GP's hero section normally comes from either the Header element or a Block Element that's hooked after generate_after_header or a Block Element - Page Hero template. You can look for the mentioned elements on Appearance > Elements.

GP’s hero section normally comes from either the Header element or a Block Element that’s hooked after generate_after_header or a Block Element – Page Hero template. You can look for the mentioned elements on Appearance > Elements.

The element you are looking for is called Home Page Header:
