Generate block white space

Hi I am rebuilding and existing website http://www.wowcreativemedia.co.uk using generate blocks.

I have created content with containers some with images, some with coloured backgrounds.

On the existing design everything lock together. On the new site I have white spaces below the images and coloured blocks but can not seem to find a way to close them up.
