gather all SimpleCSS tweaks into one place

I like SimpleCSS's way of being handy when editing pages. I also make tweaks through Customizer widget. But how can I aggregate or access all CSS tweaks (pages AND Customizer) into one place?
The CSS for individual pages will only show up on that specific page - there's no way to get it all to show up at once currently.
