Hellooo,
From few days, while I’m putting the article online using the tab/bloc “Galery” I cannot attached an external link to refer to my picture. All my previous articles used to be done this way. So now that it’s not working anymore, none of my previous links are working.
I did an other way for the last article but I would like to understand why I cannot use anymore this tab and how to solve the problem because it really annoys me.
Is this situation happened already to anyone ?
I’ve turned off all my plug-ins and nothing changed, seems like the problem in coming from elsewhereThank you.
PS :
My configurations –
WordPress : 5.2.3
Thème : Générate Press 2.3.2
GP Premium : 1.8.3September 10, 2019 at 12:22 pm #1006099Leo
StaffCustomer SupportHi there,

Hi !
Thank you for your quick reply.
No, I’m not using Gutenberg.I’m referring to the “tool” “gallery (Galerie : my interface is in French) when I’m creating an article in my wordpress back-office with Generate Press. I can add some new blocs and choose for example paragraph, video, image… And I’m talking about the “gallery” one who allows me to create image section in grid. I hope, I’m clear with this explanation.
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportSorry still not quite sure what you are referring to.
GP doesn’t actually add anything to the editor.
Can you show a screenshot of what you are referring to? You can use a service like this to upload a screenshot:

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the Gallery Block that comes with WordPress doesn’t support Media Links. You would need to use a separate plugin. Maybe this one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/foogallery/

Hello,
Effectively I cannot do media links anymore but from June 2019 (date of the creation of the website) until last week, I could do it. This is where I don’t understand what happened. Before, in the personnalisation tab of my gallery I had a space to enter my external referral link.
Thank you for the plug-in, I would like to avoid having to do an other plug-in.

StaffCustomer SupportThe Gallery Block that comes with WP 5.x Gutenberg editor has never had custom links, its been an much requested feature. Just one of many Issues raised here:
