Fuzzy logo

Hi there, I've tried uploading the logo in png as was previously suggested in this forum. It is super pixelated and fuzzy whether in png or jpeg...how do i get around this? It looks really bad on a high quality screen. It's great until I upload it and then it turns to crap.

I am also having a problem with a logo that doesn't look good on a high quality screen so am thinking about adding SVG logo but how does it work for sizing? Do you need to put different code for desktop/tablet/mobile?
